The free plan
You can download and use the free plan on your Macs, for personal or professional work. It has no time limit.
NotchFirst Pro
Pro isn’t on sale yet. When it is, its price and the number of Macs it covers will be shown before you buy, and these terms will be updated. A Pro license key unlocks Pro features on the Macs it covers.
Ownership
The app, its design, and its name remain ours. Please don’t resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer it, or try to bypass its license checks.
Features that depend on macOS
Some features rely on macOS and Apple services, such as Reminders, Calendar, iCloud, and speech recognition. Whether they’re available can depend on your Mac, your language, and your region.
AI agents
If you connect an AI agent, you choose what it can do, and you’re responsible for the changes it makes. Your use of that agent is also covered by its provider’s terms.
Our promise, and its limits
All software can have bugs, so export your data if it matters to you. NotchFirst is provided as it is, without guarantees beyond those the law requires.
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
This website
This site describes the app as accurately as we can, but features can change between versions. Please don’t misuse the site or try to disrupt it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Changes never take away anything you’ve already paid for.
